Jenny recently moved to Idaho and is excited about all the outdoor greatness our state has to offer. Her favorite activities include trail running, mountain biking, hiking, and especially skiing. Jenny's active lifestyle has influenced her decision to work in orthopedics.

Scott Astley, PA
Scott was a member of the United States Armed Forces for 7 years where he gained valuable experience in military medical clinics. In his spare time, Scott is an avid hockey player who enjoys anything outdoors with his wife and two boys.

Chad Fisher, PA
Chad has provided clinical orthopedic and sports medicine as a physician assistant and athletic trainer for over 20 years. He enjoys helping patients of all levels to safely return to life, work, and activity. In his free time, Chad enjoys backcountry wildlife, skiing, golf, cooking, and history.

Tim Hosch
After working in trauma centers in Maine and Arizona, Tim made the jump to Idaho, bringing with him multiple years of experience working with traumatic orthopedic injuries. A lover of all things water-related, Tim spends his time swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and floating.

Olivia Mayfield, DNP
Before moving to Idaho, Olivia lived in Arizona where she was a nurse on a medical-surgical floor, worked in the ICU for six years, and earned her doctorate. Olivia loves to adventure and spends her free time taking part in just about any outdoor activity or sport, including soccer, swimming, and triathlons.

David "Kalani" Mench, PA
Growing up in Kailua, Oahu, David is a true outdoor enthusiast. More specifically, he loves to spend his free time fly fishing. David went to school for athletic training and worked as an ATC at a division 2 school and orthopedic clinic in Hawaii before attending PA school.

Matti Partch, PA
Born and raised in Boise, Matti is a lover of all things outdoors. Matti’s passion for getting people back out doing what they love inspired her to pursue a career in ortho. Outside of work, you can find Matti chasing after adventures with her family and friends.

Joshua Rafkind, PA
Josh has been practicing medicine since graduating PA school in 2010. In his past life, Josh was a guide in the Frank Church Wilderness for 10 years. An avid outdoorsman and traveler, Josh spends his free time recreating near and far during all four seasons.

Chelsea Tennent, PA
No stranger to Idaho, Chelsea was born and raised in Boise. She has a love for all things active and enjoys spending her free time hiking and skiing in the mountains. Chelsea worked in PT for years before following her desire to dive into the world of orthopedics.

Thomas Tryon, PA
Tom has been in practice in the Treasure Valley since 2002. He is a member of the Idaho Association of Physician Assistants as well as the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Tom enjoys hunting, camping, and fishing with his family and friends.

Brett Turner, PA
Before attending college, Brett spent two years in Chile where he was able to master his fluency in Spanish. He is new to Idaho and moved from his home state, Washington with his wife and two daughters.
