Dr. Hassinger is certified in the latest hip resurfacing technology.

Dr. Sean Hassinger has extensive experience in the treatment of shoulder disorders. This includes the management of rotator cuff tears and tendonitis, arthritis, dislocations, and cartilage disorders. His training includes the use of the newest techniques in management of complex traumatic injuries.

Professional and research interests

Dr. Mark Spelich offers a broad spectrum of experience treating traumatic injuries from years as an emergency room orthopedic specialist. Additionally, Dr. Spelich has performed a high volume of joint replacements and revision surgeries. He has formal training as a mechanical engineer specializing in robotics and had a decade of experience in design and manufacturing. Dr. Spelich has a special interest in computer assisted surgery and has performed research in this field.

Dr. Spelich evaluates and treats surgically or non-surgically, as indicated—all types of adult and pediatric musculoskeletal injuries including work related, athletic, motor vehicle and recreational trauma. His performed surgery includes total joint replacement, tendon and ligament repair and reconstruction, fracture fixation, and arthroscopy using the most up-to-date techniques.

Dr. Spelich is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

professional and Personal interests

Dr. Curran specializes in sports injuries to the shoulder and knee by utilizing both physical therapy as well as minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures. He has a particular interest in arthroscopic shoulder stabilizations (Bankart procedure) as well as the all-inside technique for ACL reconstructions of the knee. 

Dr. Curran is a graduate of Nampa High School. He attended medical school in Illinois graduating summa cum laude in 1994. His sports medicine fellowship was completed at Harvard affiliate New England Baptist Hospital with the Boston Celtics in 1999. Dr. Curran has been practicing in the Treasure Valley for 16 years. He is a team physician for Boise State University and Skyview High School. Dr. Curran enjoys time in the outdoors doing a variety of activities including skiing, mountain biking, and wakesurfing. He also like participating in medical mission work and is a devoted husband and father of three children.

Jeremy Toomey, MD

Dr. Toomey specializes in the evaluation and treatment of all conditions related to the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow.  This includes either operative or non-operative management of sports-related injuries, work-related injuries, degenerative and rheumatoid arthritis, nerve compression syndromes and trauma.  

Dr. Toomey’s goal is to provide quick patient access to enable a thorough evaluation and rapid implementation of cutting edge treatment methods, including on-site hand therapy, in order to get patients of all ages back to work and play in a timely manner.  This includes the utilization of the latest Arthroscopic and minimally invasive procedures for many surgical problems.
